Dear Sir/Madam:

If you are interested, I have an officetel available for one of your new teacher starting anytime between May 28 and June 5. This officetel has 16 pyung space with excellent air conditioning, boiling water, and heating. The room is almost brand-new since the building is only 2 years old. This officetel is within 15-20 minutes walking distance from your campus. A resident here has excellent access to subway line #5 and #8. Emart is within 5 minutes walking distance.

Many other teachers live here, so this is a "Western teacher-friendly" residence.
Option #1 Rent deposit is 5,000,000 won and monthly rent is 450,000 won.
Option #2 Rent deposit is 10,000,000 won and monthly rent is 400,000 won.
Please respond to this email if you are seriously interested.

Sincerely,
G
