I've been going to this gym for about 9 months now and frankly I'm getting bored. Its a very simple place 8 bikes, 10 treadmills, weights and thats about it. Its clean but thats about it. No trainers its a mom and pop place. Clientelle is basically adjummas when I go (around lunchtime) which means not much eye candy. Upside is its very close to home and its reasonably cheap (50k/month). There are other gyms in my neighborhood and some look nice and newer than the one I'm going to but they are all about the size of my apartment.
I'm thinking about looking for a new gym next month. Is it worth taking the 10-15 minute subway ride out to Gangnam to one of those places? Know the price may double but thats not a problem. I just want a place that I can get some instruction and maybe a class where I can break out of the routine of treadmill/bike/weights.
Can somebody direct me to a place. I'm in east Seoul near DongSeoul Terminal |

The only thing about having to sub it there is motivation. you have to get the motiation to get ready, take the subway, do your workout and then get back to your apartment.

Change your routine. Try a bit of powerlifting, for example. Squats, bench presses, and lots and lots of deadlifts. |
