I've been posting on this board for maybe a couple years under one name and was recently accused of being a sock. I really can't figure it out. and i don't even post often. so strange. i don't really care, but i'm curious as to why this person thinks i'm a sock and furthermore, why he/she thinks i'm really a guy.  some people on this board know me and will back me up that i'm the genuine sistersarah.
has this happened to you? |

| A "sock" is an alter-ego used by individuals on a discussion board such as this. Socks are good for asking embarrassing questions or stirring up a bit of controversy without tarnishing your established internet personality. "Derrek" is my sock. Oh, the crazy crap I've posted on this site with that name. Good times. |

Yes, he/she directly called me a sock. he/she keeps calling me "wackers" and said, "you actually do sound like a girl. How do keep it straight?"
actually, after his/her second message, i'm beginning to think it's some lame way of starting conversations with someone (maybe he/she has nothing better to do/ no one to talk to?) or trying to get pics out of someone. Weirdo.

It all depends who you know. I can even tell you what color your socks are right now....
