Of course that doesn't include all nationalities. Kiwis for example have to pay and get nothing back later.
As an aside, has anyone with a Korean drivers licence (real one, not international) been told by their hagwon that they have to pay more money for the regular insurance scheme? I got told that the other day. Interesting. |
