What's your favorite city in the world?
Mine would have to be Luang Prabang in Laos. Beautiful people, quaint, quiet and architecturally interesting (from the French). |

Why? Because it's beautiful there, especially at nighttime. The Red Sea is clean and you can see so many animals in it. Excellent for swimming. Admittedly, it is a bit of a resort city, but it has character. I was there for 9/11 and so the Sinai area is quite strongly imprinted on my memory. |

Yeah, I loved snorkeling in the red sea. Just drove through Sharm though, didn't look all that special, that's why I was wondering. |

New York.
Friendly people and an amazing bar and club scene. Great, cheap food. The best week of my life was spent in New York (mostly Manhatten). |
