I was hoping they'd have a Radeon 9600Pro 128mb for W100,000. Wishful thinking? |

Don't buy that model.
I had it, and there is a problem with that card. I had to take it back.
Get the next model up or down, and you're fine.
Some people have worked the issues out, but as much trouble as it causes, you're better off with a different model.
Check out this page and scroll down through all of the problem comments.

So is it wishful thinking that they'd have any video cards at all? How about Emart? Do they sell video cards there? Thanks... |

To be honest, you wouldn't want to bother if they did. Electronic things are REALLY high priced..... "Hi-Mart" would never survive in the US. People would accurately label it "High-Priced Mart."
E-mart isn't much better, and I haven't seen video cards sold there, either. They sell webcams, blank disks, and keyboards, etc., but not video cards.
Go to Technomart or Yongsan. Honestly, I haven't found TM's prices to be that much different than Yongsan on new computer parts these days. TM is at Gangbyeon on the Green Line in East Seoul. |
