Okay.. ROUND ONE of the Miss Universe contest!! Russia vs. Serbia & Montenegro vs. Singapore vs Slovak Republic!
The two contestants with the most votes will move on to Round 2.

This is a tough one!
Actually I was thinking about that.. I mean we're just taking the top 2 to the next round.. but if there is a 3rd place finisher very close to the 2nd place finisher.. I was thinking we could just take all 3 in that case  Why eliminate too quickly! |

Come on, we got to draw the line somewhere.
Why not have all four go on and do this thing perpetually?

| Fascinating... I was sure that posting this on a forum full of young male foreigners in Asia would ensure a solid win for Singapore. But I guess we were all thinking that and (myself included) chose somebody else self-consciously. Poor Miss Singapore! |

It was easy enough for me to choose Miss Russia. Dunno what all the hoopla is about this batch.
Miss S&M's photo is too close-up--potentially skewing the results? |
