It's pouring rain outside and its time to go home.

I don't have an umbrella.

I noticed a tiny, pink umbrella with white tassle things sitting unattended in the coffee room.

Should I go for it?

in my opinion the fact that you're even considering it makes you a pre-op transvestite, so you might as well go the whole hog.

At least you won't get your stockings wet.

What's wrong with getting wet? Cool One of the sexiest things in the world is a person who isn't afraid to walk in the rain and get their hair messed up. Who are we trying to impress?

Go without it. Just walk slowly with your face turned up to the sky and a big smile on your face like you are enjoying the rain. Anyone watching will envy your happiness.

Koreans won't. They'll think the slates have fallen off your roof.

Sparx,

Walk proud with that pink umbrella. Anyway, Korean is so metrosexual now no one will notice.

I didn't realize I was always so damn sexy. Usually I'm the one always caught in the rainstorm without an umbrella.

Take it from someone with the audacity to wear a dark purple lavender button down w/ "all-famous" butterfly collar.

Carrying a cute pink umbrella in korea would do you absolutely no harm and won't be the end of your world in korea (though in NYC, it could get you shot).

last week, I caught a dude wearing a pink-striped polo shirt with a matching pink Yankees hat.

If they could get away with it, so can you.
Hey! you might even start a fashion trend Rolling Eyes

Leave the kid's umbrella. Besides, you probably need to change clothes after coming home from work...unless you go to work wearing a T-shirt and shorts.

At home, I'd be with you 100% on this, but I've been told numerous times that your hair will fall out if you do stuff like that here. I'm sure that's anof an exaggeration but I do know there's tons of air pollution here and the last time I did forget an umbrella, my skin felt kinda dry and itchy afterward. yech!

I love the whole Koreans and rain thing. One rainy day I was out in the rain in my yellow plastic mac.

I was coming out of the KEB bank and this Korean woman accosted me. She link arms with me and literally forced me to share her umbrella, I was propelled towards D-Mart (luckily I needed to go there anyway) with this woman chattering away to me in Korean. When we got to D-mart she insisted I keep the umbrella even though I said I didn't need it.

So maybe you should chance it because a pretty Korean girl might invite you to share her brolly Wink

Real men have no problem with pink, only closet cases do.
