Hello fellow teachers,
I recently signed up with the forum because I am leaving for Korea in five days to teach in Bundang. I am teaching at the Poly Returnee Education Institute. Has anyone worked there or know any useful info about the school? I am also looking to meet other teachers in the area, is anyone out there in Bundang? I'll be arriving on the 28th of June and I would love to meet some people who can show me around. Let me know who's out there.
Later,

You'll be moving right into my front yard... literally. I live across the street. Give me a shout via PM when you come.
You'll like the area, but it's a nice clean new-looking family-type area, so you'll want to head out of Bundang and into Seoul for nightlife.
As for POLY Bundang... I've seen mixed reviews about Poly. A friend just started at another Poly, but he just got there.
I heard from a different post on here that the director at POLY Bundang is nuts. That's all I remember.
Good luck! |

I've met some people that work at Bundang Poly and they seemed to be ok with it. They work incredibly long hours though I hear.
Bundang is nice though. It's my Korean hometown, even though I don't live there anymore
I'd have to say that you've ended up in a nice place. |
