Every July for the last 10 years I've been unable to eat my favorite food in the world--corn on the cob: specifically Iowa corn picked fresh from the field an hour or so before lunch time. And today I scored big time from the first road-side pick up truck load of the summer. Ate myself into a stupor. Even better than yesterday's fresh green beans cooked with
bacon.
After my nap I faxed in my contract. I've been stalling for three weeks till the corn was ready.
(I swear that Korean stuff is field corn.) |

There's more than a kernel of truth in what you say.
Just keep it off the danged pizzas (mumble, mumble...)

The corn in Korea is terrible. Especially that stewed-for-10-days-on-the-street corn. Inedible in my opinion.
But then, despite being Irish, I have been lucky enough to experience fresh Chiliwack corn from BC. Done on the BBQ with good butter and salt. I've never tasted such a nice vegetable. |

I bet the local stuff is Dent corn. It looks like Dent corn, has less flavour and seems more starchy than varieties across the pond. |

Yes.
What will really boggle your mind is this:
Do people eat corn on their pizza in North Korea?
Do they even have people/pizza in North Korea?
