They're very slow, but quite good at fixing problems. They'll help you if you register. It's free to do so. They've helped me on two previous occasions and have almost fixed the problem I mentioned in my last post in this thread. |

| My work computer sucks. Every time it loads, the desktop turns into the white screen with writing and the button you have to click on to reactivate the active desktop. It's inordinately slow, and if you try to shut it down normally it will just hang up. However, it does have a CD burner. |
