I only usually pull these off on April Fool's Day, but I should do these more often after watching a recent episode of "The Bernie Mac Show". This year I hid my co-workers' chairs. They had recently purchased some kind of ergometric, good-for-your-back desk chairs, and I moved them clear across the room and replaced their chairs w/ some regular office chairs. They were confounded, I tell you! Razz

Last year I messed around w/people's cubicles (different workplace, though)- put wastebaskets on the desks, overturned chairs, and my co-worker and I blocked the entrance to one guy's cubicle by making a web with packing tape. Wink

When I was a new-hire flight attendant, we were told to watch out for the pilots, especially. They had an old trick where they would give the newbs a styrofoam cup and ask them to get an air sample from main cabin. Another trick is to roll coffee grounds in saran wrap and shape it so it looks like doodie. The we would tell another f/a that a passenger left a present for them on the toilet seat in the lav.

April fool's Day called our buddy in Canada (3 of us) told him that we got some extra time off from work, we all work in a uni so not really far fetched.. and that we were flying home for a week and to meet us at the airport in Toronto at 9 am on Sunday. Gave him a legit flight number from Tokyo but the wrong time. Had a hard time convincing him it was true but finally did. Got an email from him later that week asking if we were really in Toronto and to give him a call. Next time we talked to him found out he went to the airport...TWICE! hehe still makes me laugh. He went for the morning flight then checled the time for our flight number and saw it arived at 4.40 pm and thought we made a mistake so he went back at 4.40 and waited again. hehe he is a good sport and wasn't too peaved about it but we are on guard now for the repurcussions. If you have a junk drawer and a coworker who gets in after you, do this: every day leave an old screw or bolt or nut on their desk. Move it around a bit. This works best if they're sitting under some kind of a/c vent. You might have to do this for several weeks, but eventually they notice, and they start forming theories, most of which involves the building slowly falling apart...
