I recently purchased a book to help me study French, but I'm unwilling to begin learning a language if I can't pronounce it properly. I've searched online and can't find anything very useful. Mostly, the sites I've found only show how to pronounce vowels, but rarely do they explain grouped consonants, such as the word "livre".

The Korean language has tons of web sites that offer both lessons and plentiful audio clips. Can anyone recommend something good for French?

Cheers,
Q~

What's your level Q? I remember bumbling around the BBC Language section for fun and the French lessons seemed pretty good, you can watch video too and test your level, here it is...

Let me know what you think....Bonne chance!

Finding a tutor has got to be much easier than using that site. Just a plug for us French teachers out there.
