The post on someone's search for a ball (costco or carrefour) got me thinking: Who would be down for some good old American/Canadian football. I'm not talking flag or two hand touch, but real football. Guys and girls allowed if they can handle a real game. Post and maybe we'll get a game or league! |

now you're talkin'! I would love to get down on some football. Although I think we might be able to get more people to play if we made it flag football. Don't get me wrong, I would love to play some good 'ol full contact ball also. |

I once blocked two punts in one game for my high school team...As a freshman scrimmaging against our undefeated varsity team I broke a double team, and collided head-on with our star (all-city) half-back, putting his teeth through his lip, sidelining him for a couple weeks (coaches were pissed...). Re-live the "glory days"? - I think not, since that was circa 1966 ... but I've still got the memories and linguering ailments. |

I'd be in for at least one game. I'd vote for flag also, the last game of padless full-contact left me with a weather-sensing knee. |
