Because I'm gonna have to wait, like, 4 months to see Sympathy for Lady Vengeance. But I don't wanna wait until it's on DVD. It's gonna be out real soon and I can't do jack. I guess there's the route finding a subbed Yongsan boot, but I don't really wanna. Are there any theatres in Seoul that show Korean movies with English subtitles right away? Come on, there's gotta be...

Park doesn't want the movie screened for English-speaking audiences (or so I hear) until its premier at the Venice Film Festival, meaning that the chance of it being translated and shown in Seoul is unlikely. I recall now that the Oldboy DVD took considerably longer to be released than most Korean films, too.
