Since he appears on TV a lot, that doesn't strike me as excessive. I remember the flap when Clinton held up the Air Force One flight so he could get a haircut by Cristophe. Even if Cristophe didn't charge him for the $600 shearing, it was bloody expensive.
And Reagan probably spent that much on hair dye. |
