| I've googled it, but can't seem to find the website I found a while ago. A friend is coming and I told him he could be able to get an F-4 before coming to Korea. I am pretty sure I saw a site saying this was possible but I can't find any info on it now. Does anyone have any idea if this is possible??? |

1) call local embassy
2) get one or both parents' family registry
3) have them BOTH fill out form for proof of US citizenship/denouncement of Korean citizenship
4) turn in forms and apply for F4 within 90 days of leaving.
that's the general gist. he should really contact his embassy by phone. |
