You know I grew up being force fed a steady weekend diet of Leafs and Habs. I think that's probably a good reason why I grew up despising both teams with every hateful part of my body. You Habs/Leafs fans should go start a separate thread where you can go on and on about your great teams. That way I don't have to click on that thread.

Leafs win the cup this year???

Not gonna happen...they are old, broken down and bloated with cap problems. They are also coached by Pat "I am too loyal to my vets" Quinn.

The Habs win the cup this year?

Not likely but they are heading in the right direction with a solid group young players, a great GM (Gainey). They are also solid in the nets with Theodore and he is young. With a few key free agents the Habs could do some damage this year.

To expand the thread: which canadian team do you guys think has the best chance to go deep in the playoffs?
