Im looking for recomendations Ive got next week off and have decided its time to check out Korea. My basic plan is to head down to Pusan hopefully find a beach and do a few dives then spend the rest of the time slowly working my way back to Seoul taking in as much as i can.

| Islands. Pick one and go. Feast on seafood. It's a great time to hit the southern islands with summer in full swing. |

This is tourist season. Most places will be packed.
If this is your first time out, try Kyeongju. |

| There's a billion islands along the coasts of Korea. Pick one, find out how to get there, and have a ball. |

Uulong-do is great!! Not really a "tourist" desitination, so it shouldn't be too over-crowded. Koje-do is nice too, if you're headed Busan way. (PM VanIslander for info!! )
If you're more into "inland" things: After Busan ...there are some caves and a green tea plantation nearby...Beomeo-sa temple is cool...Kyung Ju...Andong...then take your pick going north... |
