hello all, i'm a retard and forgot to book my hotel room earlier. so, ofcourse the hotel is full. we were going to stay at friends above the luxy, but it's full. anyway, if anyone has been to taiwan and has a hotel they liked, please let me know.

| In Taipei? I did not know, just wandered a bit and found one around 30 bucks. Sorry cannot remember details. It was near the main station. |

There's one called "happy family" or something similar, a hostel near the train station. The rooms are tiny and the walls are thin, but generally it's clean and (importantly) the owner is friendly and helpful. Also location is really convenient, but a little hard to find the first time.
