He's mixed race (like most south americans), but predominantly white.
My guess is that a large proportion of violent criminals are about 5"5 tall, same as him. |

Interesting point. Is there a difference between white and caucasian?

Haha, opps. My post was off the cuff and said tongue in cheek. I thought the admin guy who wrote up the description was just being lazy instead of writing 'caucasian' he/she just wrote 'white'. After a bit of investigation it would seem describing someones race as white is pretty common in the US ie census forms etc.
So the jokes on me, this is one white/caucasian/honkey/pakeha guy feeling a tad red.  |

| There are strange policy implementations. If he is White, then there is no Latin explosion going on. Then he cannot complain about racial profiling. He will not qualify for minority set asides etc. I don't think that would happen, I think that the policy would be turned around then. |

Am I missing something? What policy? What "minority set asides"? I honestly have no idea what you're talking about here. |

on the u.s. census.. he would be one of the ones who would checkmark BOTH latin and white.. (to differentiate from being black and latin).
But for all other purposes he would be described as 'latin'.. such as a white latin male is the suspect of.. |
