Koreans COULD make English cheaper. They really could. But when it comes to learning English, Koreans are their own worst enemies. Two things stand out:
1. Tutoring is illegal. In Japan a tutor makes 20k won an hour and the Japanese student has several teachers to choose from. In Korea, you'll be getting 50K.
2. A terrible VISA system that allows employer responsibility. Sadly, in most of the Televion broadcasts they blame the foreigner. If the Korean government really took the time to develop a working environment that holds terrible �п�s responisble, then people would stay longer. |
