Well, the problems keep on coming.
My new school is telling me I can't get a visa certificate, because I signed a previous contract with another school. I didn't take the job with the first school because I heard they had a bad reputation.
Anyone know how long it takes for the visa certificate to expire? Is there anything that can be done to speed up the process?

The customary procedure is to investigate a school before signing the contract.
You've dug your own hole. |

The visa certificate will take 90 days to expire. If you want something sooner, you have to get the previous school to cancel the visa application.
I speak from a similar experience - your best bet is to work illegally for awhile if you can, and take a bit of a vacation.
good luck! |
