A new game to while away the summer doldrums-

List the coordinates of someplace/something recognizable.

Person who guesses correctly lists some new coordinates.

Starting off with an easy one:

51 d 30' 19.41"N, 0 d 04' 30.36"W

You'll need Google Earth or Mappoint or some other equivalent to play-

obvious hint: ctrl+c & ctrl+v are your friends

Tower Bridge in London.

A little more difficult, but you should get it. 38d 35' 49.63" N - 90d 12' 46.09" W

It turns out that the google search bar is very picky, try this:
38d 35' 49.63"N, 90d 12' 46.09"W

Heh, heh, Anhauser-Busch Brewery? Cool

(Had to use Mappoint as well as Google Earth Embarassed )

Here's a tricky one:

38d 44' 29.28"N, 104d 50' 23.59"W

Clues:
1. Dr. Strangelove
2. Ask Canuckistan for help.

Yup, Cheyenne Mtn, NORAD HQ.

I can't search yours at work since this computer is locked down tighter than a- well, pretty damned tight. I can't download and install Google Earth.

Anyone know how to convert these (GPS?) coordinates to longitudes and latitudes? It would open the door to using more software...

EDIT: Just answered my own question, here's a converter:
