It will have it's public opening next Thursday. VIP and other stuff prior to that, but public on Thursday.

Gangnam station Exit 2, walk about 150 - 200 yards, past BK and it is on your left - can't miss it.

Most expensive thing on menu is a set meal for two at 75k.

A Black Angus is a type of cow.

Black Angus is a steakhouse chain, there used to be one in Vancouver years ago.

Angus is a Scottish name.

Black Angus is not an Irish bar.

Yeah, I didn't understand the Irish bar tie-in there. Just checked out their website and the company is 100% USA, cowboy/western. Absolutely 0% to do with Ireland or Scotland. "Kids' Menu" and all that, doesn't even seem to be a bar. Well, perhaps as much a bar as Tony Roma's or some such.

It looks like a fantastic steakhouse if you believe their website, I recall the one in Vancouver back in the day was quite popular.

If it gets Korean-ised, though, watch out.

Strangely, I think the one in Vancouver is now a Korean restaurant......No kidding.

My family used to frequent a Black Angus restaurant in Phoenix. It was great, a little pricey but 5 times better than most steak houses and ten times better than any Sizzler.

Was at Seoul Pub and the American Black Angus people were there living up and telling everyone about the new place. They assured me that it will not become Koreanized. I gave them my story how I hate Outback in Korea and do not go there anymore because they have no idea how to cook a well-done steak. They said this will not happen. Will give it a test try.

I have been to many restaurant in australia and new zealand where it says on the menu we do not serve welldone steaks here..
it just butchers the meat, you might as well eat an inside of a gumboot!

One little 'g' missing from the title and this thread suddenly becomes X-rated.

I disagree.

That's why I order them well-done. Rolling Eyes
