| I am educating myself on the rights of foreigners in this country. Does anyone have a valid link on the rules and regulations (cite numbers appreciated) of money transfers out of the country? I tried EFL-Law and the American Embassy...to no avail. Thanks. |

ok..interesting...fishing around I have found that some Korean banks have online accessibility for foreigners (yes in English   )
These services INCLUDE YOU transfering money overseas online. Provides transfer rates, etc. Will update you guys soon. |
