But since then, an e-mail has emerged which raises more questions about Kofi Annan and his dealings with Cotecna.

Mr Volcker believes it demands further investigation, and once again Mr Annan is under suspicion.

I think this could go right to the top. Apparently, this is the most serious body blow to the UN when compared to the earlier investigations. John Bolton's criticisms of the UN are starting to look very legitimate.

and this is only the tip of the ice-berg....the shit runs deep at the UN....corrupt from TOP (read-ANNAN) to bottom....

worthless organization.....hope Bolton makes things more interesting
