I used to buy them at a dairy near my last job. You can find them here, but it seems to be a bit hit-and-miss.

Carrefour has them too, in their foreign food section. I bought a bunch a couple christmases ago and they looked and tasted like they had been on the shelf for 4 years.

I always see them. Try E-mart. If not, you're SURE to find them at the Hannam Supermarket near Itaewon! It's in the volvo building. Good luck!

The Songtan US military base definitely has it, and I assume all the others do as well. Make friends with a soldier and it's yours.
