Parking should probably be your #1 concern. There are few things so frustrating as having to park two blocks or more away from home at night.

Don't most of us live in buildings with available parking? I lived here for 2 1/2 years with no car, if parking weren't readily available, I would damned well live here another 2 1/2 without a car. Safe and reliable parking is a must.

Not in Seoul, especially in some of the neighborhoods with narrow streets. When I lived in Bundang, though, parking was a piece of cake.

In my building I can have parking stickers for two cars, with two floors of underground parking. I only have one (company) car right now, sold my personal one last month.
