Look, im from california so i know a little at least about making this crap, much better than the taco place in yongsan, which really disappointed me last week when i went for the first time, but here are some basic mexican recipes you can get from your corner store without having to even patronize a major dept store.....this is a fairly authentic recipe i assure you. Trust me on this one, folks.
rice......
1 part
water
2 parts.
sautee rice in oil until half the rice looks brownish.....dont kill it fer gadsake! Just brownish!
put rice in ricemaker...........if you dont have one, do a sauce pan, but by this time you should have a goddam ricemaker! You live in Korea!!!
put 2 pts water into ricemaker, ( or pan if you are a goddam loser!)........squirt a little ketchup in.......not too much.........enough to make the water pink.....not too much or you will totally f it up..........about enough to put on top of a hot dog will do...........now............you have to taste the broth for this part, but salt and pepper it to yer likin.......make the broth taste good..........then put the heat on, the light goes off, and you got rice that is basically as good as any mexican chain in california at least.......it's nice and fluffy..........youll enjoy!!!..........if you like that, my next recipes shall be fer salsa, and beans.............yes, you can do beans here, anywhere!. |
