I have never come across a list of free wifi hotspots in Seoul, so I thought we could start building one here. I'm talking about completely free, unlocked access points.
I only know of three:
Gecko's in Itaewon
COEX Mall
National Library (near the Express Bus Terminal)
The library is great because they also have power outlets so you can plug in. If you know of others, add them to this thread! |
