Whatever Dave's paying you, you are worth more. Ask him for a raise.

dave doesn't pay me anything. Why should he?

Sorry, I thought you were a mod. Were you in the past or did I imagine that in a drunken stupor?

Went there.

Brought that.

And those.

A buddy brought along this.

Attached this.

And built that.
(Just the siding.)

And enjoyed a bit of this.

Then I went out for some of those.

unapologetically working class

I hope I'm not too late to participate in this weekend thread considering it's late Monday. I may see a rise in next year's membership dues. Oh well.

I went out to the country Saturday evening for a family getwasted together. We drank beer and mostly soju until 4 in the am. Truth betold I was in bed well before the others.

At 9 in the morning we got up and ate breakfast and oh yeah drank mokali. Then we picked gochus Shocked for about 3 hours or so. That could explain my sudden homophobic feelings. Fortunately it wasn't hot.

Then for lunch we proceeded to drink more beer and soju. Of course one group played go stop for maaaaannny hours. I still haven't figured out why it's necessary to slam those cards down EVERY TIME. That could be a bit of a workout for a prolonged game.

Fortunately, there were a couple of sober drivers left at the end of it all for the ride home. Whew. Very Happy

I love threads like these. It's interesting to see what everyone spends their free time doing. Unfortunately, it's early Wed am and I can't remember what I did. I di remember seeing the Japanese artist Nara's exhibit near City Hall in Seoul and eating Vietnamese beef noodle soup with the gf.
So now, what are your plans for next weekend?

Won't know till we get there.

But this weekend, everyone who's got one take the "di-ca" along, or put the camera-phone to good use. Show us what it looks like, make us envious (or grateful) we weren't there.

I agree. Great idea. Better than reading about it, let's see it. Good one, Guru

You want pictures of me in the gochu patch? Would that make you envious or relieved?

I fear that might lead to a pointless debate about gochu size.

I had a fine weekend playing telephone tag with the "recruiters." Visited the bridge nearest the ocean, I thought I'd just float away, but I liked this, it was too high! It made me nauseous just to approach the rail much less jump.

Then I checked out various subway stations to guage how fast the trains were coming in.
