Is there and area of Yongsan that sells 2nd hand laptops?

Im trying to find just a basic laptop with a dvd drive.

How much should I expect to pay?

If you go to Space 9 in Yongsan, you might be able to find a fairly reasonable deal around the 5th floor. I recently went to Notemall and got a pretty reasonable deal on a laptop. It's store #147.

Now Gord I'm sure will know more about the inns and outs of the area than I do and probably he might pay a third less than I would, so send him a PM and he'll likely give you lots of great info.

I went to Yongsan and on the 5th floor of the Space Nine building, across from the station, there is an Averatec stall.

I got the laptop (new) upgraded to 512mb, English XP installed, a mouse, pad and some other stuff, and a really nice carry bag all for 1 million and 40 won. It was a damn goood deal. They are great for web surfing or if like me you need one for class its great. Plays DVD's, has a CD writer. Everything i need.
