What exactly is he accused of, and why do so many people think he's been framed by the man ??? |

He killed a cop. It's not "accused" it's "convicted many times over".

He wrote a book in prison. Actually I think it's three books now. |

While I'm not a "free Mumia" supporter, the circumstances surrounding the case are very fishy. Given that plenty of people have been found to have been wrongly imprisoned by evidence-tampering, witness coercion, and police wrong-doing, I wouldn't call it a slam-dunk just because Mumia was convicted. |

Yes, the evidence was circumstantial. If I remember correctly, they found a dead cop, with Mumia standing over him holding a smoking gun. Witnesses witnessed the argument, witnessed him aiming the gun, blinked for a moment while hearing three or four gunshots, and opened their eyes to see a dying cop. It was something like that. Circumstantial, as you can see. Could be coincidence. Then Mumia wrote a book explaining that nobody could prove he did it, but if he had, the cop was a pig and deserved to die. |

Free the whales. Half-price on dolphins.
Who could resist such a bargain? |

It's a Catch 22. It's quite possible that he did commit the crime. But the trial appears to have been rigged, so he should be released. |

Sounds like a possible case once again of the ENDS justifying the MEANS.
I wonder if Rubin "Hurricane" Carter has been involved in any way ??? |
