Lately I've seen so many bald guys who shave their head down to the skin. And really, I don't think this looks good at all. I mean, the problem is that your bald. The solution isn't to make yourself balder. There are very few dudes who look cool with a shaved head. And 90% of them are black. It just doesn't work out with white guys, in my opinion. I mean, Michael Jordan looked cool with a shaved head. But Michael Jordan could dunk from the freethrow line. (the freethrow line!) he woulda looked cool with any damn thing on his head. so grow your hair out a bit, gentlemen.

It does take an extra good looking guy to carry off the bald thing. Generally though, I think a guy looks great with a bald head. It allows for their confidence to shine through. Just like chicks with short hair, sure, men like long hair, but a girl with short hair just exudes confidence.

OK then, so what do you suggest bald guys do -- toupe? combover? implants? Egg in nest?

Personally, I think that shaving a head that is going bald is a hell of a lot better than walking around pretending you're not bald.

For that matter, how many guys that have "cool" hairstyles in the first place. Do you know actually go into a barber and say "Hey man, make me look like a cool dude, ya know?"

What's it to you if a guy shaves his head! If he happens to look like a dork...that's his problem....not yours.

i figured some people wouldn't like this idea. don't worry, if genetics is any indicator, i'll get my just punishment soon enough.

i just think a little bit of hair, like half an inch or an inch, is way better than totally nothing. to look good with a totally bald scalp, you gotta be either real handsome, look like a real badass, or be able to dunk from the freethrow line (see previous post). but, the totally bald thing is way better than a combover or a michael bolton circa 1992.

ok, yeah, i do have too much time on my hands. the only reason i say it because i see it EVERYWHERE. you can't go anywhere in itaewon with more than 3 dudes where one of them doesn't sport this look.

and, yes, swiss james, i've got my eye on you.

Shaved heads look better than combovers! IMHO. I went through a phase when I was really attracted to the silky smooth oiled up pallete.
