The charges: Bush and the U.S. Embassy are cynically backing Quiroga; Hugo Chavez is pulling Morales's strings.

Come now. Grudges are ugly things. I kicked your ass pretty badly. No need to come after me like this...it makes you look petty and childish.

...but since you have no compunctions about it...where's Manner of Speaking's money? When are you going to settle your debts, you deadbeat?

Been lazily googling again? Prove it. I want to see the actual paper signed by chavez himself, stamped in the presence of U.N witnesses and peer-reviewed. I have 2 PhD's in Bolivian drug trafficking. Your insults are grade school at best. Stop linking to primary school essays written by girls. Killing defenceless people because you're American is morally acceptable. But don't take my word for it. Just read a fraction of the encyclopaedias I've memorised before you open your mouth again.

So Rapier: have you noticed that Quechua-speaking and Aymara-speaking Indians are a significant force in Bolivian politics -- have been since the early fifties when they (and their mining unions, notably the MNR movement) resoundly defeated the Bolivian Army on the battlefield?

I believe they make up a huge percentage of the Bolivian population -- not that actual population figures concern you too much. I'm sure if we ask him, though, Mith can produce some population statistics if you're not sure about what I'm saying here...

Not sure what it means or where it's all going. But it's obviously additional proof of the genocide they suffered at the hands of Western invaders...don't you agree?
