Is there a listing of the available Hagwons who can allow private teaching or to you just uh. . . trust. . . the Hagwon that if they say they can do it legally they can do it. Its a big school. 600 kids, so I imagine the Education people would allow the biggest. . . brib. . . uh schools to have these priveleges.

The school that owns your E2 gives a letter of permission, the school where you will do the extra work gives a schedule and a few other things, you bring it to immigration, pay 60,000 won or so, and they stamp or write your second place of employment on the back of your ARC. Anything else is illegal.

I don't undertstand your question. Do you mean, if the school that has your Visa asks you to teach students 1 on 1, is it legal?
