So, I'm planning on sending some money back to the States for my folks, but I don't know what is the best way to go about doing so....best as in cheapest. I've asked my bank, and they said wiring trough their internet banking system will be the cheapest. Any other good suggestions?
Btw, I'm thnking about sending about $3000. Thanks. |

| We here used to get two atm cards and send one home to mom dad etc to take money out. This worked well until some banks got stingy and turned off overseas access. It still works but you have to make sure the cards work ahead of time. I believe KFB cards will work but you need to ask. A few threads here discussed that. |

| when i was there I just went though my korean bank and they took care of it just need your account number and routing number, they charge like 10 bucks or something, the charge at home depends on your bank but if you tell your bank youll be sending home lots of bucks they will waive those charges! |
