anybody got info on this recruiter? They are advertising pt jobs but take a 25% cut of the first month's salary

that sounds a bit fishy IMHO

I've seen similar places before. There used to be some place here in Boo-sahn that did that for placements at unis(I believe). People will sometimes pay it to get to a bit better place. I guess it depends on what your base salary is. If they get you slightly higher than the going rate, it might not be that bad of an arrangement(as long as it's a one-shot deal). The recruiter has to get paid too, right? Unless they are getting a chunk from the school too...

Sorry, I don't know of that particular recruiter.
