I just got here about 3 weeks ago. I live in the Manchon area. I've been to downtown Daegu about half a dozen times, and to Emart twice. Went to about 5 bars/clubs one weekend; they were okay, but I'm not really into drinking and partying. So far my impression has been that this is a hot, studious, somewhat orthodox city, with pleasant, busy locals.

Anybody else live in Daegu? How long have you lived here, what do you think of the city, and what do you do for kicks?

Well you're in luck! No fewer than three (count 'em: 3) of my most smokin' hottin'est K-babe students are heading your way, as they return home for the Chuseok holiday. Enjoy!

Er... hang on -- are you even a guy?

Well, whatever, they're on the way...

Oops... well, if you get bored with them, go ahead and send 'em on back this way early. Wink

Augh, I'm too late! Bij, why didn't you tell me? We could have set some sort of trap for them, perhaps along the lines of the classic box-held-up-by-a-stick variety.

Just wanted to bump the Daegu shout-out. Seriously, c'mon, there's got to be more Daegu residents on this thing? Sound off like you got a pair!
