... what about the starving kids in SOUTH Korea?

Who else is inundated with desperate please for dokboggi and slushies every class, and blackmailed with the promise of being a good student, if only their English teacher could cure their desperate hunger ... with a slushie?

Hmm, it all started right about after the first time I shouted them ice-creams.
