i have sensitive teeth and so far i have noticed a deposit of some substance building up on my molars... its not visible but i can feel it... how do i defeat the encroaching menace, my coworker says that it is from the water, but the only time i use the water is for bathing and brushing my teeth... the only native water i drink is from the bubbler at work... Woonjin, i believe it is... please advise?

also where can i find mouthwash without sugar in it? this "GarglN'Rinse" stuff reminds me of Listerine Citrus and gets under my fillings in much the same way... unpleasant ache... please note i am in Busan (Seomyeon)...

thanks all...

Have you tried brushing your teeth with straight baking soda? Gargling with baking soda and bottled water?

Look in a supermarket where they have the baking goods...flour, sugar, etc. I've only ever seen it available in small plastic bags. They are generally either labeled "soda" with Korean writing or "soda" or "cooking soda" with Roman letters. It's dirt cheap.

They sell Arm and Hammer baking soda toothpaste at Emart. Pick up some dental floss while you're there, too.

We use one of those fancy 70000won electric toothbrushes. When the battery is fully charged your teeth feel as if you've just had them cleaned by a dentist.

Floss once per day.

Brush with baking soda it might work.

How long has it been since you have been to the dentist? That build up may simply be because you have not had a complete cleaning in a while.

Easy-it's implied with a post like that that the OP is proactive in dental health anywys.

Mouthwash: There's Hexadent. It doesn't taste sweet. You can get it from most chemists ('hexa-dent-uh').

There's nothing better than NuSkin's AP-24 toothpaste & a Sonicare toothbrush.
