Stay out of this place. The owners seems real friendly, but there is a habit of being over charged there. It is bad when they even do it to regular long term customers. I know they have problems with trying to avoid paying taxes, but trying to steal it off of drunk customers goes a little too far. They add extra beers and shots to you tab. Maany times they would tell a price and then have to recalculate with the real lower cost of the evening.

Plus there is a habit of unfinished beers disappearing. I am finished arguing about the bill there. It was a nice fun little place to play pool and drink a beer, but they have started to go a little too far. It kind of looks like a dive so stay away unless you want your money disappearing for alcohol you did not drink.

That place was really great the first year it opened (97? Late 96?) but it's been bad for quite a while.
I'm surprised to hear that it's still around.

First guy sold it. Went downhill and closed. Opened again.

First guy was a good guy. From Toronto if I recall. Got hassled a LOT by cops for not closing at midnight. (off on a tangent) Remember the days when you had to 'sneak' into Hollywood (and every other bar) when it was open after hours? And you had to convince the doorman you weren't military if you had a short haircut (like I did).

Remember when the soju tents charged an arm and a leg in those days, because they were illegal yet the only places open after 12?

Well Song and Lim did seem nice (the current owners), but they really are dirty. Again I say stay away and save your money.
