Ok,
So, I know this posting is about a sensative issue, so I'll do my best to tread lightly.
I have been looking at some gigs on one of the "other sites", and almost all of them are part time with absurdly good pay rates.
Who exactly can legally teach these? I'm assuming Kyopo, since a lot of them straight out ask for them. But would it be at all possible for a white, non-married western like myself to teach these legally? And, if someone (not me, of course) wanted to teach one of these regardless of legality..what are the chances said someone could be in hot water for even contacting one of the posters?
I am confused about how this whole thing works. Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me? PVT is fine.
Thanx guys

Privates = Illegal
Can you get in trouble for contacting them, not a clue? If you do, I would use another email address, preferable from a different ISP. But maybe Im just paranoid.
Good luck. |

You would have to get them to ammend it to your already issued E2, which means you and your new and old employers have to sign an agreement that will let you do that..
But there is a better chance of hell freezing over before any employer would allow one of their foreign staff to work outside legally. |

I would have to say there are slim chances with that one man. For the life of me (and I've given it some thought), I can't see a way around immi on this one. |

If you are going to do it, and I am not recommending that you do.
hint hint, nudge nudge.
You are best to arrange such things through friends and workmates.
If had plenty of people come up to me in the subway or after class and ask for .....................shhhhhhh "a private class".
I usually turn then down, as I have enough to do with a full time job.
But what you do is your decision. |

Worse than the illegality of the matter, you get the the excitement of being in the company of adult male Koreans in business suits with limited English skills. That 40 an hour will not seem like nearly enough ater 13 minutes. |

They're totally legal if done through your school. |
