Survivor FB is very simple:

Every week, you choose one team to win. If you make the wrong pick, you're eliminated. PLUS, you can never choose the same team to win again for the rest of the season.

Since it's a bit late this week, we'll start the real game in WEEK 4.

But let's play an exhibition week so everyone understands the rules.

My pick is Dallas.

Note: Deadline is Saturday, High Noon.

Hey are you a newbie? Or did you just forget? Yours wouldn't be the first.

We had an official Dave's survivor football last season.

And it was close. Two of us were still around in late november. I lost out to sarcasmkills on a technicality: American thanksgiving snuck up on me unaware on a thursday and I hadn't registered my prediction the mandatory 24 hours before game time (I found out 18 hours before and tried to register it, but couldn't according to the computer. The Cube suggested I be able to record my prediction anyways, but sarcasmkills and another guy took the "snooze, loose" line, which is fair enough.

Fair enough, Van.

Wasn't aware.

Will change to reflect.

But, c'mon, at least get us started.

A lot of people opt out involuntarily. Such is the nature of the game.

At least play the exhibition match this week. Very Happy

i was the contender... when i lost on a technicality, sarcasmkills automatically won the championship. to make it to the end of november and then loose that way,... it's tough!

but when it came to the pick-3 game, i finished near the bottom, trying to cheer on my ol' Browns, Bills and Redskins on what was not their year.

with survival football you gotta bet on the sure thing, which means: beware the upset!

Forgetting to make your picks isn't a technicality, it's an error. An error that the eventual champion, SarcasmKills, didn't make.

Don't be that guy.

Van, it was me who said your pick should count. That Cube guy was checking cut off times to the second until he missed one and then started making excuses.

Oh yeah. ... You're all socks anyways! the sports season ended and you all disappeared. Then suddenly this summer when football gets going again, then the cube, coldcrush, and ,yes, especially hocbas suddenly re-appear.

Perhaps you guys only post sports. But I doubt it.

You socks you!

No, I rarely post. I read this board occasionally for the 2% that's might be useful. The other 98% is crap and I have better things to do than write useless drivel. Your welcome by the way for defending you.
