Your link didn't work for me but that's irrelevant as my Lord and Master Rev. Moon assures me that this is a false messiah. |

While I am all for freedom of religion, I'm thinking burning at the stake would be too good for this lot. |

I went to a meeting of these folks back in my Taejon days. Their come-on was free lessons in that slow motion exercise thingie the Chinese old people do in public parks. Can't think of the name right now. After the session, we were led into a second room with a little altar with a pic of some dude. We were asked to bow to it.
It was my one and only trip to that place. (I got hussled by the Moonies way back when, too. I got a free supper out of them when it mattered to me that I got any food at all. It was my one and only visit to that place, too. I can't swallow Christianity. What makes them think I'd fall for their silliness?) |

OK, I stopped reading & started skimming after the first paragraph or so, but this caught my eye:
Quote: |
Johng-doh-sa-nim Ahn Oon-sahn was born in 1922, the son of two parents who devotedly followed Sahng-jeh-nim¯s teachings. At age twelve, he resolved to spread Sahng-jeh-nim¯s truth to the world, and since then, he has traveled throughout Korea and China to experience the world. |

It's working for me now-
The Cosmic Year is as far as I could stomach; BTW, I think the last Cosmic Year really blew chunks and am hoping that the next 129, 000 Earth years are going to be much much better. According to Jungsando astrology, this new Cosmic Year is the Year of the Mierda del Toro, so you know it's going to rock.

Tai Chi. I may or may not have attended a session of one of this group's meetings in the company of a very beautiful woman who had earlier persuaded me to go along. First and last time though as they were crackpots. |
