End of contract hagwon housing question.
How much time do they usually give a teacher to vacate the accomodation? I'm sure it varies, but what is normal? how much did they give you? Is there some law that states some requirement in this regard?
since i am the first full-time foreign teacher, with accomodation, at my hawgon, i can stiff arm them a bit with some knowledge from you guys and gals.
thanks for your help. |

Why would you stiff arm them?
Have they treated you unfairly? Not lived up to the contract? Stiffed you in any way?
If not then you asking us for ways to stiff arm them is kinda of low.
As for accomodations it varies but most of the time they expect you to leave a few days after your contract (in my experience anyway). It is their housing afterall and perhaps they need it for the teacher that is replacing you (if there is one). In such a case you are asking how to stiff arm them and the new teacher who is in the same situation you were in when you arrived: new and maybe culture shocked...how nice. |

I would imagine you would be given a few days once your contract is up...
legally they are not obligated to offer you any housing once your contract is over, your last day of work so if they so get out, then I hope you are packed |
