How do you make dong dong ju? I know you use that rice they use to make deok with.. apart from that I'm not sure..
I'm guessing you boil up the rice in some water, chuck in a bit of yeast from the bakery section of the supermarket, then wait a coupla weeks?
Do ye need to put anything else in? Anyone else made their own?
I think buying soju is an unnecessary extravagance, and brewing one's own alcohol is the way forward..

You crazy man! Well, there wouldn't be preservatives like the formalin that's rumoured to be in some booze here. |

No. 19 is dong-dong ju.
If you have other booze recipes, please post them here. I'm using them for passive voice exercises.
First, the rice is mashed... etc. |

Dong Dong Ju is the stuff that makes the night happen..
It is sneakier than Soju...can really flog you if it wants to....
And the headaches are a killer, but the nectar is just too sweet |
