I was just wondering if anyone knows the process of getting an F-2 Visa. I am married to a Korean National, but we currently live in the U.S.
Do you have to live in Korea for a certain amount of time before they issue you a F-2, or can I just come in on a tourist visa and then switch it to an F-2 within the 30 days?
Thanks for your help. |

I was told by the Korean Consulate here in Honolulu that I can only get the F-2 in Korea...hmmm weird...just shows Korea is messed up about immigration issues all over the world. |
