My employer told me that a company only needs to provide 10 days paid vacation to employees if the company has more than 300 workers. Is this correct? If so, could you show me a website link?
Thank You Very Much In Advance. |

I don't know about the law, but if your contract says you get 10 days, you get 10 days. And honestly, if that were the law, probably 1% of all ESL teachers would actually get vacation.

I get 10 days... the other employees get the 4 compusory days.
I wouldn't work for a school that didnt offer at least 10 days. |
